Comienzo Sano/Healthy Start
This Center is located in the Top’s Plaza at the corner of Clinton Ave. and Upper Falls Blvd. It is a partnership between PNMC and Rochester General Hospital’s Clinton Family Health Center (CFHC). CFHC provides bi-lingual (Spanish) health care and health care to families of refugee status in a respectful and friendly place.
Comienzo Sano/Healthy Start provides health and social support services to pregnant women and mothers with children under 2 years of age within the CFHC. The Center is a place where you can meet other women like yourself. You can learn new skills, and get the support that will enable you to have a healthy pregnancy and a healthy baby. You do not have to receive your prenatal care at CFHC to participate in Center activities, and you do not have to speak Spanish. All are welcome.
