RESIDENTIAL SERVICES...where young moms find a home, discover themselves and envision their future...

Transitional Housing: Group-living for pregnant teens and young women, and their newborn children. Residents have private rooms, share in caring for the community, and receive 24-hour support as they focus on prenatal care and parenting skills.
Emergency Housing: Temporary shelter for homeless young women and their children, with a focus on obtaining appropriate stable housing and meeting emergency needs.
Catherine McAuley Apartments: Private, two-bedroom townhouses where young families live independently with staff support, focusing on strengthening parenting and independent living skills.

OUTREACH CENTER...meeting the basic health care needs of uninsured and underinsured adults

Health Services include:  Primary Health Care, Obstetrics-Gynecology, Physical exams and Immunizations, Chiropractic Care and Massage Therapy, Dental Care (basic), Eye Care and Counseling
Health Screenings include:  Diabetes, Tuberculosis, Hypertension and Pregnancy
Advocacy and Access:  Information and Referral, Phone, Fax, Copies
