About

SPCC's home-based programs include Building Healthy Children, Family Trauma Intervention Program (FTIP), Teenage Parent Support Services (TAPSS).  Community-based programs include Supervised Visitation Program (SVP) and Finger Lakes WIC Program.

Accepts referrals from Preventive Services Unit of Monroe County Department of Health and Human Services in cases where children living in foster care have been removed from their home because of issues of abuse or neglect. Family violence support group, family outreach, teenage parent program, supervised exchange program and two after-school programs. Program available for middle school students at risk for dropping out; works with child and parent in the home.
