Successful Pathways is a ministry of Rochester Youth for Christ formed to equip youth with the skills necessary to move from dependence to independence. We provide supportive and preventative services designed for pregnant and parenting teens. Referrals are only accepted for pregnant or parenting youth, 20 years old and younger, who live within the Rochester City limits.
