For Parents

For the Parent-to-be

So, you have a baby
on the way.

You could be feeling a lot of things right now. We want you to know that whatever you’re feeling is okay. This could be your first time, or your fifth. You might have someone to go through this with you, or maybe you’re alone.

Wherever you’re at in your pregnancy, we’re here to help you plan for the very best start you can give your little one. Baby step by baby step, we’ll guide you into a healthy pregnancy. So go ahead, take a deep breath. You’re going to do just fine.

As health planners, we have multiple resources, access to the best healthcare providers, and a community of parents for you to connect with. Whatever you need, we’re here for you. Browse our website, like our Resources page, for answers to your questions, big or small.

If you are interested in working with us to achieve community change, contact Communications Director, Deanna Spiotta for meeting information at (585) 546-4930 ext. 215. Lunch is provided at all meetings. Our work is currently focused on improving parent education and father engagement in the Rochester community, and ensuring that pregnant and parenting women have access to safe and stable housing.
