The Program Includes:

The motherhood program typically includes various components such as prenatal classes, where expecting mothers can learn about the physical and emotional changes during pregnancy, nutritional guidance, exercises, and childbirth preparation. These classes often offer a safe space for moms-to-be to connect with other expectant mothers, forming a supportive community.

Additionally, the program may also include postnatal support, which focuses on the well-being of both the mother and the newborn. This can involve providing information on newborn care, breastfeeding support, postpartum recovery, and managing the emotional adjustments that come with being a new mom. Some programs may even offer home visits or virtual consultations to address specific concerns and answer any questions that arise during this crucial period.
